we are sanctuary for movement rituals and community connection. we offer a range modalities with intentionally curated movement guides in nyc, all approaching movement from an anti-diet perspective.

no phones in the studio - we want you to be present! if wearing a watch, please do not scroll during class.

we want to celebrate our last two years with you, brooklyn! it has been a JOY moving together, and we’re going all out to acknowledge this milestone. we’ll have a DJ, some tarot and astrology readings, lunch catered from a local business, and open up our back patio to hang!
