Sabrina Darnall is a dancer, choreographer, and certified personal trainer originally from Plymouth, Michigan, now based in New York City. she earned her BFA in Dance from Western Michigan University in 2024, where she performed works by acclaimed choreographers including Jae Man Joo, Tsai Hsi Hung, Kimberly Cooper, and Penny Saunders. she also toured as a company member of Western Dance Project (2021–2022) under Kelsey Paschich's direction.

from 2020–2024, Sabrina was a featured dancer in Seyong Kim's "A Poem Written at the Cross." this work was showcased in various dance festivals throughout the United States and internationally through virtual presentations in Greece and South Korea.

after graduating, Sabrina joined ConteXture Dance Detroit as a company member under Artistic Director Tracy Halloran during the 2024 season. alongside her dance career, she became a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) in 2024, with specializations in muscle gain, weight loss, mobility, and rehabilitation.
