bodycraft original, low impact, wake up

  • this class is the heart of bodycraft. from minute 1 to minute 60 we create a seamless, fluid journey in and out of the floor, alternating between dance cardio and bodyweight strength training. this is a full body experience, with dynamic movement meant to take up space. we close with a cool down and nourishing meditation. you will leave feeling cleansed and energized, and more connected to yourself.

    low impact:
    this is the same program as original, with any impact/jumping taken out. low impact does not mean low intensity, just gentle on the joints!

    wake-up:
    same material, just packaged differently. enjoy a slow, gradual warm-up to stand and finish with dance to leave you buzzing and uplifted.

bodycraft depth

  • are you looking to dig a little deeper in your movement practice? this class accesses our depth. we'll work with heavier resistances (5-lb and 10-lb weights) to build strength, improve balance, and still maintain a fluid, dynamic range of motion. all the complexities of compound movement, but with a little more oomph.

bodycraft dance release

  • leave it all on the dance floor! this class is for anyone who loves the high from straight dancing. we'll include a warm-up and about 25 minutes of dance cardio, learn some choreography, and finish with a cool down. all levels can take this class, and we will break it down for you.

yoga

    this class infuses innovative sequencing into a classic vinyasa flow, using pranayama (the breath) as a constant. classes will include strengthening and lengthening of the body, while moving through sequences of asanas (poses). focusing on the body’s relationship to the ground, students will find centering and alignment. throughout our flow students are encouraged to take up space and move with expression. celebrating what our bodies can do and supporting what our bodies need, this class offers opportunities for inversions as well as modifications to accommodate all levels and preferences.

  • sunday 6pm

    in this class, students will flow through a Yin movement sequence that will feel easy on the body, followed by a series of restorative postures. this series of movements has students holding supported postures for longer periods of time, using bolsters, blocks and other props. this support for the body promotes deep facial release, gently enhancing functionality and flexibility. during these postures, students will focus on slowing down the breath and calming the mind with guided meditations. slowing down our practice, and moving in a more intentional way allows us to emotionally deepen our practice, and to enhance relaxation and sleep. great for every level of Yogi!

Bodywise Sculpt, Embody

  • weave together breath and being throughout muscle-targeted and core-igniting sequences programmed to deliver an intentional burn that enlivens you from the inside out. expand your movement vocabulary, inner/outer strength and mind-body awareness using low-impact, strength and pilates movements. class concludes with an uplifting breath technique to leave you feeling amplified, elevated and transformed for the rest of your day.

pilates

  • sunday 10am

    a 45-minute full body Pilates flow focusing on core, stability, and grounded strength. you'll be encouraged to work at your own pace, find your growth edges and meet your body with love. each class begins with Eden's astrology forecast for the week ahead, and is designed to support your body through the current astrological season. her style is described as the perfect mixture of sweetness and kick ass.

  • wednesday 9.30am

    a 45-min full body athletic pilates workout that delivers all the muscle quaking resistance challenge of reformer training, without the machine. a circuit structure allows you to dive deeper into each movement without compromising form to feel the strongest you've ever felt. you'll leave feeling relaxed, grounded, and with a new awareness of muscles you've never felt before. Reformer on the Floor is appropriate for all levels with ample variations and modifications offered to tailor each movement to whatever your body needs that day!

hip-hop

  • learn the basic grooves and elements of hip-hop dance!

    this class is open to all levels, and will help students gain an understanding of the foundations of hip-hop dance while building coordination, technique, rhythm, body awareness, and confidence. class will culminate in learning fun choreography and applying what you’ve learned to your own personal movement!

  • thursday 5.30pm

embodied rest

  • in this 30 minute class you'll be led through a style of meditation called Yoga Nidra which is geared towards deep rest and spiritual insight. with its systematic use of visualization, body scans, and intention, this guided practice elicits similar brainwave states to that of sleep, creating the optimal conditions for the body's restorative functions to occur, and nurturing a felt sense of calm.
